As part of our team at Kandu Rekrytering, you will play a key role in driving long-term success for our Swedish clients by recruiting highly qualified talents from countries outside the EU.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve Swedish companies' performance through international recruitment solutions.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Engaging in project management and driving initiatives forward to enhance our services and deliveries.
• Evaluating and reporting on recruitment processes, as well as suggesting improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Staying updated on global industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
To succeed in this role at Kandu Rekrytering, you should have:

• A relevant university degree or equivalent experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or similar tasks in an international environment.
• Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
